This was a semester long project that was worked on over the course of the class. The goal was to create a booklet that showcased our typographic and layout skills. The topic of the booklet was designer’s choice. I chose to focus my booklet on an exhibit I went to at the New York Botanical Gardens in New York City in the summer of 2017. The exhibit was scattered throughout the gardens and displayed artist Dale Chihuly’s gigantic glass masterpieces. I had taken many pictures when I was there which is why I figured it would be a beautiful and unique booklet to design showcasing and promoting this exhibition.
